Every year Public Partnerships distributes all Support/Care Workers’ Form W-2 on or before Jan 31st by mail. You may also access Support/Care Worker Form W-2 digitally on the BetterOnlineTM web portal, click here. Current year W-2s will only be available digitally on Jan 31st, but you may view the previous year’s W-2s anytime.

Verification of Employment (VOE) and Verification of Income (VOI)


Public Partnerships has partnered with Equifax’s “The WORK Number” verification system to provide Verification of Employment (VOE) or Verification of Income (VOI) for our Support/Care Workers.

WHY

Support/Care Workers often need to provide proof of their income or their employment history when applying for items, such as the below, and PPL wanted to make this process easier and faster.

  • An apartment or other rental property
  • A mortgage loan
  • A car or auto loan
  • A credit card or credit line
  • The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as the Food Stamp Program
  • The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program
  • Housing assistance or other social services
