Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is coming to the Virginia CCC Plus self-directed care community

Your start date is based on your payroll schedule. Payroll schedule B will begin EVV on September 26th and payroll Schedule A will begin EVV on October 3rd. Please submit all timesheets for service dates worked before September 25, 2019 or October 2, 2019 to avoid delay in payment.

Enroll in hours, not days.

Existing consumers can hire new providers through Online Enrollment by selecting the "Online Enrollment" tab in the BetterOnlineTM web portal. New consumers can go directly to www.pplenroll.com to begin the enrollment process for themselves and providers.

Virginia's Consumer-Directed Fiscal/Employer Agent Services support people who are eligible for Medicaid through Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and choose to direct their own services. Attendants provide personal care services for participants in these programs:

  • Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus Waiver (Formally known as EDCD/Tech Waiver)
  • Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT)

Participants can:

  • Manage authorized service hours to meet assessed needs and goals
  • Recruit, hire, manage, and dismiss employees
  • Monitor the utilization of services online whenever they want
  • Submit and monitor timesheets online using the BetterOnline™ web portal
