Using the BetterOnline™ web portal is the easiest way to submit your timesheets and view your paystubs. If BetterOnline™ detects a problem with your timesheet it will tell you what information needs to be fixed, so you get paid on time.

World-Class Customer Service

PCG Public Partnerships' trained customer service representatives are available six days per week to answer your questions.   They have deep knowledge of the programs they support and we offer the ability to communicate in many languages.

Public Partnerships' Customer Service enables you to:

  • Submit your timesheets over-the-phone, although using BetterOnline™ is the best way
  • Leave a voicemail for Customer Service or send a secure email with your inquiry and we will respond within one business day

Time4Care™ mobile application
